- Maintenance Coordinator with previous MPulse Maintenance Software experience: This position involves receiving, scheduling and updating all maintenance requests and work orders for all A-1 Self Storage locations throughout California using the MPulse Maintenance Software. They’re responsible for tracking inventory and reordering maintenance related supplies for maintenance staff and stores as needed. They will create and code all purchase orders, contracts and annual bid packages. The Maintenance Coordinator is the support person for the Facilities Manager and will interact with company employees at all levels, State Inspectors, subcontractors and suppliers.
