We are currently seeking a full-time Store Manager for our upcoming new self storage facility in San Juan Capistrano. This position will train in our Lake Forest location until our store opening in June 2014. This position involves providing superior sales and customer service in-person & over the telephone, and managing the daily operations & maintenance of our self storage. This position requires working independently with minimal supervision. Weekend work is required for all of our positions. Speaking both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Basic qualifications include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English & Spanish a plus!
- At least 2 – 3 years of retail store management or supervisory experience
- Previous self storage or property management experience is helpful, but not required
- Proven ability to set and meet budget & sales goals
- Must be willing and able to perform routine janitorial duties
- Excellent sales and customer service skills; in-person and on the telephone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and have great organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Computer literate with basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to successfully pass drug screening, background, and DMV checks
